I build AI systems that survive contact with reality. My work sits at the intersection of clinical operations, product strategy, and evidence generation, with a focus on agentic and generative AI that can actually be deployed inside a hospital without blowing up trust, workflow, or compliance.Right now, I serve as Chief Medical Officer at Drive Health, where we are pushing past the hype and building workflow automation that nurses and clinicians will actually use. My philosophy is simple: if it cannot be governed, measured, or shipped responsibly, it does not belong in production. I care about repeatable pilots, safety and supervision scaffolds, and real operational lift rather than demo theater.I have spent my career moving AI products from 0 to 1 and beyond, guiding design, engineering, and data science through concept, prototyping, clinical validation, and scale. I also maintain an active ENT practice and faculty role at Harvard Medical School. Seeing patients keeps me honest about what matters and what does not.
