Senior QA Automation Engineer
We’re hiring a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead the development and execution of automated testing frameworks that ensure reliability, performance, and security across our platform.

Role Overview
You will design end-to-end, API, and security testing pipelines that integrate seamlessly into our CI/CD workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of quality through code, drives automation excellence, and ensures continuous confidence in production releases. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps engineers to build a robust, scalable, and secure testing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end (E2E) automated test frameworks using Playwright or Cypress.
Build and execute API tests to validate backend services and integrations.
Implement security testing practices to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast and reliable feedback loops.
Develop regression testing pipelines to ensure feature stability and detect unexpected behaviors early.
Handle secure test data management, ensuring PHI/PII and sensitive data are protected in all environments.
Implement mutation testing to improve test coverage and detect weak assertions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to establish quality gates, metrics, and best practices.
Work closely with DevOps to optimize test execution environments and parallelization strategies.
Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive resolutions in collaboration with development teams.
Continuously evolve the automation framework to support new technologies, services, and integrations.
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
Strong proficiency with E2E testing frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
Hands-on experience with API testing tools and techniques.
Understanding of security testing methodologies and vulnerability assessment.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of secure data handling and compliance considerations.
Proficiency in mutation testing and regression automation.
Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across engineering, DevOps, and product teams.
Preferred:
Experience with performance testing tools such as k6.
Familiarity with Flutter test automation and coverage optimization.
